Great episode. Lots of good stuff.
My pick for best ‘Haunted House Pic’ is Event Horizon. Combines the best of the haunted house genre and the best of creepy Sci-fi. Surprised it didn’t make your list.
Ohhh yeah. I guess that could fall under this heading, huh?
I guess I wouldn’t have thought of it because it’s definitely not a traditional “house” 😉
The Uninvited with Ray Milland is an excellent haunted house movie from the 1940s. It will creep you out and provide a satisfyingly scary evening. The Legend of Hell House is like the Haunting but more overt, also plenty scary.
Great show. Im glad you guys put Stir of Echoes on the list. Such a great movie and I think its underrated.
DEFINITELY underrated. One of Kevin Bacon’s best, IMO. Not all that scary, it’s almost more of a psychological thriller… but a great movie nonetheless!

You missed an obvious choice for your Haunted House list. I mean, the title says it all: “A Haunted House”! And I’ve heard you talk about it so much this year, I was sure you’d put it on the list!
